Walk For Lunch is a fitness program that encourages walkers to power walk during lunch.
Our programs includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises.
Since our launch in 2010, we have worked with more than 60 businesses. We create the entire walking program from start to finish.
Our fitness program will include strength and body toning exercises. We start by creating multiple 1 – 2 mile walking routes for each meet- up location.
For those of you that walk already at lunch and would like to start a walking club in your neighborhood or place of business, you can set the start and end date, time, location, and we will create an online registration link that includes a walker waiver per walker to sign.
We have had walkers lose up to 14 pounds during an 8 week session. We have had walkers sign up for 5K, 10K, and a ½ marathons due to participating in our walks. Many of our walkers have thanked us for our program, because it has encouraged them to start exercising again. As many of our walkers have found, when you began an exercise routine, you gain energy and you start to feel good about yourself and the sky’s the limit from there.
